The WriterProgId property is a read/write string that contains the Programmatic Identifier (ProgID) of the component intended for use in populating the cache.

A String that contains the name of a data cache for which the Writer component ProgID is being provided or retrieved.
Error Values
This method sets the Number property of the global Err object to S_OK (&H00000000) to indicate success and to standard COM error values to indicate failure.
