Supplier Site: Cannot properly refresh the site profile cache with a deleted user

If you remove a user by performing a delete command on a site, the profile cache does not update. When you try to recreate the same user on the site, it will produce one of two errors: "Error Adding User to Active Directory Group" if the user was deleted on the site, or "User already exists" if the user was deleted from within Business Desk.

Solution

Update the site profile cache in the Publish Profiles module in Business Desk.
