Staging Servers Cannot Communicate
If the staging servers cannot communicate, the source staging server credentials are not recognized by the remote Commerce Server 2009 R2 Staging (CSS) server.
To help resolve this issue, do the following:
Make sure that the accounts, credentials, and user rights are correct.
Make sure that the account you use to authenticate with the remote server has the correct rights on the destination directory.
Make sure that the user is a member of the "CSS Operators" or "CSS Administrators" Windows security group.
