No UI or Unable to Edit the UI

When this error occurs, you may not be able to see the user interface (UI) or you may be able to see it but you cannot edit it. You may also get an error dialog box message. This error occurs if you do not have the correct authorization permissions. To resolve this issue, add yourself as an administrator. For more information, see Managing Authorization Policies.
