IMSVidCtl::get_InputActive Method

This topic applies to Windows XP or later.
The get_InputActive method retrieves the input device that is currently active.

Syntax

HRESULT get_InputActive(
  [out]  IMSVidInputDevice **pVal
);

Parameters

  • pVal [out]
    Address of a variable that receives an IMSVidInputDevice interface pointer.

Return Value

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Remarks

If the method succeeds, the returned IMSVidInputDevice interface has an outstanding reference count. The caller must release the interface.

Header Declared in Dshow.h.
DLL Requires Quartz.dll.
