SetDailyFrequency Method of the IFPCScheduledContentDownloadConfig Interface
The SetDailyFrequency method sets the hour and minute parts of the start and end times for repeated runs on a single day.

Parameters
StartTimeHour
The hour part of the start time for repeated runs on a single day.StartTimeMinute

The minute part of the end time for repeated runs on a single day.
Return Value
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.
