Add Method of the IFPCContentTypeSet Interface

The Add method adds a new MIME content type or file name extension to the content type set.

Syntax

HRESULT Add(
  [in]  BSTR Name
);

Parameters

  • Name
    Required. BSTR that specifies the new MIME content type or file name extension.

    Multiple MIME content types can specified using an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character. For example, application/* includes all application types.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Return Value

This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
