HealthVault Partner Announcements

HealthVaultDevices@BestBuy

A unique opportunity for all current and future HealthVault Device Partners

The HealthVault team would like to invite you to participate in a unique opportunity for device manufacturers at the Microsoft Connected Health Conference, held on June 10-12, 2009 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, WA.

If you believe that your product or solution can wow health-conscious shoppers at the largest consumer electronics retailer in the United States, this is your chance to make it happen. Microsoft and Best Buy are co-hosting HealthVaultDevices@BestBuy, a side-event in which you get a unique opportunity to pitch your product or solution to a panel of executives from both companies in a private setting (no audience or other companies present). Outstanding solutions providers will have the opportunity to discuss collaboration opportunities with Best Buy. Companies qualifying for the event will be invited to a special dinner sponsored by Best Buy on the evening of June 10.

Applying companies will need to demonstrate how health data can be transferred from their device, via a wired or wireless connection, to a PC, phone or directly to the cloud. An existing integration with Microsoft HealthVault is a plus but not required. To apply for participation in HealthVaultDevices@BestBuy you will need to:

  1. Register for the Microsoft Connected Health Conference at www.msconnectedhealth.com using the CHCREG code, and then
  2. Fill out the form at www.msconnectedhealth.com/deviceaudition.

If your application is approved you will be notified by June 1. We hope to see you there!
