InventCostClosing.validate Method [AX 2012]
Validates the state of the internal variables.

Remarks
The method should generally return errors by using the CheckFailed method; throw is not enabled.
This method is called before closing the dialog, and should be called in the run method. It must only contain code that adds warnings to the Infolog.
