SRSReportQueryAttribute Class [AX 2012]

The SRSQueryAttribute class specifies the name of a query used as a dynamic filter for a specified SRSReportDataProvider object.

Remarks

This attribute is marked on classes that implement the SRSReportDataProvider class or extend the SRSReportDataProviderBase class.

The attribute is used by SSRS and Visual Studio Designer to display the UI parameters.

At design time: This attribute is used to populate the dynamic filter property in the SSRS and Visual Studio Tools.

At run time: The dynamic filter form is displayed to the user. The report provider class can then access the query by calling the parmQuery method.
