Validates the current LeanScheduleGroupEntryGroup table buffer.

The record ID of a WrkCtrResourceGroup of type work cell which will contain this record.
Return Value
Type: boolean
true if the table buffer is valid; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The AllocationId field must be unique across all ScheduleGroup records that belong to the same WrkCtrResourceGroup record.
