Validates the specified field.

The name of the field to validate.

The array index of the field to validate; optional.

true if the value in the specified field is valid; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The ProjCategory, ProjCategoryEmplOption, SetupSubscription, and SetupEstimate fields have interdependencies among them. This method is automatically called by forms when any field is modified.
