HcmMyPersonalContactsNoAccess.xds Method
Creates a table that contains every DirPartyTable record to which the user does not have access due the party only existing as a personal contact.

A temporary table that contains every party that exists only as a personal contact to which the user does not have access.
Remarks
If the user has a role that has been granted access to private information, then the user will have access to all personal contacts.
