Updates a record from RetailGroupMemberLine table.

Remarks
This method calls the notifyContainingCategoryOfChange method to notify the RetailSpecialCategoryMember table for the changes that will occur.
If replication of the record is allowed for the table, action is updated into the RetailConnPreactionTable table.
