PdsBatchAttrib.canChangeType Method
Checks whether the type of the batch attribute can be changed.

Type: boolean
true if the attribute can be changed; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The type of a batch attribute cannot be changed if it is already included in a batch attribute group or assigned to an item.
