FormListBoxControl.toolTip Method
Retrieves a tooltip for the control.

The text to show in the tooltip.
Remarks
Whenever the pointer hovers over the control, the tooltip is displayed to the user. This method can be overridden to present instructive text to the user about the values that are entered in the control.
