Updates index for the table.

Type: TableId Extended Data Type
The table handle (0 for all); optional. By default, 0.
- indexId
Type: IndexId Extended Data Type
The index handle (0 for all); optional. By default, 0.
Return Value
Type: int
Zero if the method succeeds.
