Standard Service Code Table

Contains standard service codes that can be used to regularly insert service lines with similar information into service documents. Each standard service code can have any number of standard service lines attached.

You can set up any number of standard service codes. Normally, the table specifies a code and a general description of the service that the code represents. The table may also identify the currency that the standard service codes will be used with, but this is not mandatory, so the Currency Code field may be blank. In this case, the standard service code will be available on documents with any currency specified.

You may assign standard service codes to specific service item groups. The program uses the relationships between the standard service codes and service item groups, which are established in the Standard Service Item Gr. Code table, to insert the standard service lines set up for a specific service item group code.
