Response Time Field, Service Item Line Table

Contains the estimated time when service should start on this service item. The service is considered to have been started when the repair status of the service item line changed from Initial to In Process.

The program automatically calculates the value of this field using the values in the Order Date and Order Time fields in the Service Header table, the value in the Response Time (Hours) field in the Service Item Line table and:

  • if the service item line is serviced against a contract, the service hours for that contract.

  • otherwise, the default service hours.
