Cancel Reason Code Field, Service Contract Header Table
Contains a reason code for canceling the service contract. The program copies the reason code to the Reason Code field in the Contract Gain/Loss Entry table when you cancel the contract. When you remove a contract line manually from the contract, the Reason Code field is blank.
The Use Contract Cancel Reason field in the Service Mgt. Setup table specifies whether you must enter a cancel reason code when you cancel the contract.
