You can only synchronize data from a unit of measure in Microsoft Dynamics NAV to a unit group in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
There can be only one unit of measure defined in the unit group.
A unit of measure will be synchronized with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM unit group when an item or resource that uses the unit of measure is synchronized with a product in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV tries to match the unit of measure code in Microsoft Dynamics NAV with a unit of measure name in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, where the parent unit group has the name "NAV" [NAVUnitOfMeasureCode]. For example, the unit of measure for representing "pieces" could be NAV PCS. If a match is not found, a synchronization error occurs.
