Direction Field, Integration Table Mapping Table

Specifies the direction of data synchronization that is supported.

The following table describes the options.

Option Description

Bidirectional

Data can be sent to and from the integration table. For example, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, this means that data can be sent from an entity record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (such as an account) to a customer record in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and vice versa.

ToIntegrationTable

Data can only be sent to the integration table. For example, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, this means that data to be sent from an entity record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (such as a product) to a record in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (such as an item).

FromIntegrationTable

Data can only be sent from the integration table. For example, with Microsoft Dynamics CRM integration, this means that data can be sent from an entity record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, such as a user, to a record in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (such as a salesperson).
