You can use delivery options to set up email forwarding for a user's mailbox. Email forwarding lets you select a mailbox to forward email messages sent a user's mailbox to another user’s mailbox in or outside of your organization. You can also set the maximum number of recipients that can get the forwarded email. Check out Configure email forwarding for a mailbox for more information.
