System.Shell.Item.name Property

Gets the name of the System.Shell.Item.

This property is read-only.

Syntax

propVal = System.Shell.Item.name()

  

Parameters

  • strItemNameResult [out]
    Retrieves the name.

Remarks

Honors the "Hide extensions for known file types" setting in Windows Explorer.
