Locate your domain services or buy a new domain

To add a domain name to Microsoft Office 365 for enterprises, you, as an administrator, must own a domain and change some of the DNS records for your domain. If you don’t already own a domain name, you can purchase one from a domain registrar.

Your domain registrar usually, but not always, manages the DNS records for your domain. If your registrar does not manage your DNS records, you’ll need to locate your DNS hosting provider. If you don’t recall the domain registrar where you registered your domain, follow the steps provided here to locate the correct registrar.
