FpcFwcClientApplicationTrustState Enumeration

The FpcFwcClientApplicationTrustState enumerated type contains values that indicate the trust state of the client application. The trust state indicates whether the client application that generated the logged traffic is trusted by the operating system running on the client computer.

Syntax

Constants

  • fpcApplicationNotTrusted
    The application is not trusted.

  • fpcApplicationIsTrusted
    The application is trusted.

  • fpcApplicationTrustUnknown
    The trust level of the application is not known.

Remarks

The trust state of a client application is based on information sent by the Forefront TMG Client or Firewall Client. It is recorded in a Firewall service log entry.

Requirements

Client Requires Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
Server Requires Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition with SP2.
Version Requires Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010.
