IWriteCookie::put_Path

The IWriteCookie::put_Path method sets the Path attribute of the write-only Response.Cookies Collection collection to the specified value.

Parameters

  • bstrPath
    [in] A binary string that contains the new path.

Remarks

You can use this method to specify that the cookie should be sent only to requests on a particular path. If this attribute is not set, the application path is used.

Requirements

Client: Requires Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, or Windows NT Workstation 4.0.

Server: Requires Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, or Windows NT Server 4.0.
