Implementing Customer Management using the Shell Framework

The Shell Framework provides the following interfaces that allow you to build customer management capabilities for your LOB applications:

• Context Manager Interface
• Customer Interface
• Customer Search Interface

The CcfCustomer class uses the interfaces, which in turn can be implemented in the CCF desktops. For more information about the CcfCustomer class, see Customer Class.

The customer management interfaces is highly dependent on the session management interfaces. For more information about implementing session management, see Implementing Session Management using the Shell Framework.
