If you’re having trouble signing in to Office 365
If you can’t sign in to the Office 365 portal (https://login.microsoftonline.com), you may be able to sign in to the individual services directly.

Check status
View the status of your services on the Service health page in the Office 365 portal. (https://portal.microsoftonline.com/admin).
Subscribe to the Service health RSS feed from the Service health page.
Check service status on the Office 365 Community.
If the Service health page is unavailable, sign in to the Emergency Broadcast System to view service status. You’ll need to sign in with your Office 365 user ID.

If the Office 365 Portal (https://portal.microsoftonline.com/admin) is available, submit a service request.
In the Office 365 Portal, go to Admin > Office 365 > Support > Service requests, and submit a service request.
