Finalize Method () (SmiLink)

Releases unmanaged resources and performs other cleanup operations before the SmiLink is reclaimed by garbage collection. The assembly that contains this class has a friend relationship with SQLAccess.dll.  It is intended for use by SQL Server.  For other databases, use the hosting mechanism provided by that database.
