Remarks
The frequency with which the onchange event fires can be set using the DYNAMIC attribute. The default behavior is to fire once when the value changes. When the DYNAMIC attribute is set to

, the onchange event fires continuously as the values change.The onchange event is available only to objects participating in the slider behavior.
