WPD_SMS_ENCODING_TYPES

The WPD_SMS_ENCODING_TYPES enumeration type describes the encoding type of a short message service (SMS) message.

Eight-bit encoding.

Sixteen-bit encoding (UTF).

 This enumeration is used by the WPD_SMS_ENCODING property.
