IWMSPublishingPoints::get_Item

The get_Item method retrieves a specific IWMSPublishingPoint interface from the IWMSPublishingPoints collection.

Syntax

  HRESULT get_Item(
  const VARIANT  varIndex,
  IWMSPublishingPoint**  pVal
);

Parameters

varIndex

[in] VARIANT containing the index of an IWMSPublishingPoint interface.

pVal

[out] Pointer to a pointer to an IWMSPublishingPoint interface.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Return code Number Description
DISP_E_BADINDEX 0x8002000B Indicates that varIndex is an invalid index location.
E_POINTER 0x80004003 Indicates that pVal is a NULL pointer argument.

Remarks

This method calls AddRef internally. To avoid memory leaks, you must call Release when you are finished using the interface.
