CMediaSample::GetActualDataLength

The GetActualDataLength method retrieves the length of the valid data in the buffer. This method implements the IMediaSample::GetActualDataLength method.

Syntax

  LONG GetActualDataLength(void);

Return Value

Returns the length of the valid data, in bytes.

Remarks

The CMediaSample::m_lActual member variable specifies this property.

Requirements

**  Header:** Declared in Amfilter.h; include Streams.h.

**  Library:** Use Strmbase.lib (retail builds) or Strmbasd.lib (debug builds).
