Transparent Connectivity

Consider the following when you determine how an application user interface handles changes to connection status:

  • Avoid displaying dialog boxes when connections are established and lost.
  • When it is important that a user knows that a connection exists, provide this information in a non-invasive way.
  • If possible, do not require a user to create a new connection. Instead, use information that already exists on the Windows Mobile-based device.
