Causes Pocket Outlook to reload all of the registered interception rules.

Remarks

When an interceptor rule is registered, it will not take affect until you call RefreshRules.

Note: RefreshRules only needs to be called if you create a custom Boolean rule.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
