Remarks

The MeetingStatus enumeration defines the possible values. The default value is NotMeeting.

MeetingStatus is a read-only property. Some operations change its value internally. For example, adding a Recipient changes an Appointment's MeetingStatus from NotMeeting to Meeting; however, canceling a meeting does not change the MeetingStatus to MeetingCanceled.

A user can still change an Appointment's MeetingStatus property manually, using the techniques in the following code example.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
