Microsoft Bookings provides online options that make it easier for your customers to schedule appointments with your business. Bookings gives you an effective alternative to scheduling appointments over the phone. A customizable Web-based booking page lets your customers find available times and book appointments 24/7. Appointments appear on staff calendars as soon as they are made and are updated automatically. Customers can add appointments to personal calendars with just a few clicks. Everyone knows where they need to be, and when.

With the Bookings mobile app, you have full access to your customer, staff, and calendar info—where and when you need it. Use the app to easily email, call, or text customers, or create a new appointment with a few taps.

With Bookings you get:

• A booking page where customers can schedule appointments with your business when everyone is available.

• A business-facing calendar, that integrates with relevant Office 365 calendars, for managing customer appointment that business owners can also use to record customer preferences, manage staff lists and schedules, define services and pricing, set business hours, and customize how services and staff are scheduled.

• A business-facing mobile app in which business owners can view bookings, make manual bookings, and access customer lists and contact information.
