Header.Header (String)
The Header.Header (String, String) constructor creates a new instance of the Header class of the specified SIP header type.

Parameters
- type
Specifies the SIP header type (such as "Route" or "Subject"). The short form for specific headers (such as "C" for "Contact") as defined in RFC 3261 can be used for this parameter.
Remarks
This constructor creates a header with an empty value that should be populated.
