PromptBuilder.StartVoice Method (VoiceGender, VoiceAge, Int32)

Specifies the start of use of a voice of the specified gender and the specified age, and an alternate voice in the PromptBuilder object.

  • gender
    One of the following gender attributes:

    • NotSet

    • Male

    • Female

    • Neutral

  • age
    One of the following age attributes:

    • NotSet

    • Child = 10

    • Teen = 15

    • Adult =30

    • Senior = 65

  • voiceAlternate
    The integer specifying an alternate voice, if the voice specified by the other parameters is not present.

Thread Safety

All public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
