Remarks
By default, the collaboration platform will use an instance of this class that will create default media providers. The application is responsible for creating an instance of the derived class and setting it on the collaboration platform. The derived class is responsible for creating a media provider for given media types. This is used for extensibility of media providers.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
