Gets or sets the default policy used for the session timer.

Remarks

This flag is inherited by all signaling sessions (outgoing or incoming). The application can override the policy per session.

Thread Safety

All public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
