HeaderCollection.Contains

The Contains method determines whether the specific header exists in the collection.

Syntax

[C#]

public Boolean Contains(
  Header h
);

Syntax

[Visual Basic .NET]

Public Function Contains( _
  ByVal h As Header _
) As Boolean

Parameters

  • h
    The Header object to search for within the collection.

Return Values

Returns true if the header exists in the collection; false if it does not.

Remarks

Note that this method searches for a specific header object, not the header type. There may be multiple distinct headers within the collection that share the same header type; this method will return true only if an exact match (same header type, value, parameter list) is found.

The match is not case-sensitive.
