The ReadNextSiblingPart method moves the current position to the next sibling of the current part.

The ReadNextSiblingPart method returns true if it successfully moved the current position to the next sibling part. If the current part has no siblings, or if there are no more siblings in the current part, the ReadNextSiblingPart method moves the current position to the end of the current part and returns false.
