ChatRoomSession.ParticipantPrivilegeChanged Event
Raised when a participant joins the chat room. Privileges monitored by this event include Manager and Presenter. For best results, register for this event before invoking BeginJoin(ChatRoomSummary, AsyncCallback, Object) on the session.
