DocumentEvents2_NewEventHandler Delegate
A Delegate type used to add an event handler for the New event. The New event occurs when a new document based on the template is created.

In JScript, you can use the delegates in the .NET Framework, but you cannot define your own.
Remarks
A procedure for the New event will run only if it is stored in a template.
