The relative URL of the checked-out file.
Remarks
The relative URL contains the list name, folder name (if one exists), and the file name. For example, if the absolute URL of the checked-out file is “https://localhost/.../TestList/TestWord.docx”, this property returns “TestList/TestWord.docx”.
