Returns an object from a Parts Collection or Properties Collection.

Either an integer that indicates the ordinal position of the object or a string containing the object name. For properties, the name is the combination of Uniform Resource Name (URN) and property name separated by the pound sign (#) or colon (:). For parts, the name is the WebPartQualifier. |
