GlobalLists Element

The GlobalLists element is a top-level element that defines the built-in lists in Web sites based on SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft.

Remarks

The GlobalLists element contains the section of BASE.XML that defines the schema for database lists that are global to the entire virtual server that is running SharePoint Team Services, for example, the List of Lists, Views, Projects, and so forth. Note that updating this section in BASE.XML will have no effect on the schema of existing global lists.
