GetNotificationXml Method
Override the GetNotificationXml method of the Notification class to get the text for this notification in XML format.
Return Value
A System.Xml.XmlDocument that contains this notification in XML format. System.Xml.XmlDocument contains null if there is no notification.

| NotificationDataUnavailableException | Notification data is not available. |
| NotificationDataTemporarilyUnavailableException | The notification service will retry this message three times and then delete it. |
